Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
Please allow 1-7 business days for us to process your order. The shipping time selected at checkout is the transit time and does not expedite the processing of your order. During peak times such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the holiday season, additional processing time may be required. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to ship your items as quickly as possible.

Sale Delays:
Due to our current 30% off sale, there may be a delay in processing orders. If your order is urgent, please contact us by phone for assistance.

Shipping Methods:
We ship domestically within the United States via UPS and USPS. For international orders, we use USPS, UPS, and DHL. We ship to almost every country and all states and territories within the United States.

Customs Charges:
Please note that Magick.com is not responsible for any additional customs charges that may be incurred for international shipments.

Incorrect or Insufficient Address:
It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. We cannot refund or retrieve items shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error. If an item is returned to us, we will refund your order minus the shipping costs and any additional return shipping fees.

Discrete Shipping:
Magick.com offers discrete shipping and packaging. The contents inside the box will not be displayed. Packages typically arrive in UPS/USPS/brown packaging or a brown/white/pink box or mailer.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping. For orders under $50, our standard shipping rate is $4.95. Additional shipping options and rates may be available based on the weight of your order and your location. For urgent or overnight shipping, please contact us at Support@Magick.com.

Returns:
You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item arrives broken or defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
