Order Status:

If you created an account at checkout, you can log in to check your order status.If you did not create an account, you can sign up with the email or phone number used at checkout to view your order information.Tracking information will be sent via email or text, depending on what you provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24-72 hours for the carrier to update tracking information.

Payment Methods:

We accept all major credit cards. We can accept certain cryptocurrencies, such as Bitcoin if requested. Checks, money orders, and wire transfers are accepted upon request. Please contact us before placing an order to verify eligibility. We do not accept PayPal.

Shipping Policy:

Please allow 1-7 days for order processing. The chosen shipping time is for transit only and does not expedite processing. 

There is a current delay in processing due to the 35% off sale.

We ship via USPS, FedEx, and UPS. A signature may be required for delivery.Magick.com is not responsible for any additional customs charges for international shipments.You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We cannot refund items sent to an incorrect address due to customer error. If an item is returned to us, we can resend it to the correct address, but we will not refund the shipping cost.

Discrete Shipping:

We offer discrete shipping and packaging. The contents will not be displayed on the box. Packages typically arrive in a white mailer or a brown box.

Shipping Cost:

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping. For orders under $65, our standard shipping rate is $4.95 to $7.95. Additional shipping options may be available based on the weight of your order and your location. For urgent or overnight shipping, please contact us at Team@Magick.com.

Return Policy:

Returns are accepted within 90 days of receiving the item. We do not accept returns on herbs, soaps, washes, oils, or opened tarot/oracle decks for safety reasons.

Do not return items without contacting us first, as we cannot track unauthorized returns. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives broken or defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Cancelling Orders:

To cancel an order, please email us at Team@Magick.com with your order number, name, and address. We cannot guarantee cancellation in time, but if the order cannot be canceled, you may request a return.

Wholesale:

Our prices are already incredibly low, wholesale pricing is offered on items with large quantities of the same sku. Please email Team@Magick.com
